Who is this article for?

Noise office staff who need to see complaint locations on the map.

Access to the ANOMS Noise Analyst Workbench is required.

You can show complainant locations and addresses directly on the ANOMS Map Browser, which is useful when investigating a complaint or reviewing complaint hotspots.

Setting complaint features

To display complaint information on the map:

1. On the Map Browser, click Features.
2. Click Complaints.
3. Use the option buttons to turn the features on or off.

The options available are:

• Show Address
• Show Complainers
• Hide Complainers
