Viewing noise event properties and exporting graphs
Who is this article for?Noise analysts who need to view noise event details or export event graphs.
Access to the ANOMS Noise Analyst Workbench is required.
The Noise Event Properties window allows you to open 1/3 octave graphs for an event and export, copy, or print them.
Opening the Noise Event Properties window
To view the properties of a noise event:
- Load data into the Noise Events Browser.
- Do one of the following:
- Double-click a record in the browser
- On the Noise Events Browser toolbar, click Properties
- Right-click a noise event in the browser, and then click Properties
Selecting a graph type
To select the type of graph you want to see:
- In the Noise Event Properties window, click HST to display the HST (History of Noise Event) graph.
- Click Max to display the Max graph.
- Click SEL to display the Event SEL graph.
- Click 8VA to display the 8VA graph.
- Click 3D to plot a 3D view of the 1/3 octave data.

Exporting, copying, and printing the graph
To export, copy, or print the graph:
- To export the graph as a graphic, click Export on the Noise Event Properties toolbar.
- Choose the image format you want to export the graph in.
- To copy the graph to the clipboard, click Copy on the Noise Event Properties toolbar.
- To print the graph, click Print on the Noise Event Properties toolbar.
