Understanding Complaints Browser fields
Who is this article for?Noise analysts who need a reference for the fields in the Complaints Browser.
Access to the ANOMS Noise Analyst Workbench is required. Browser fields are site-configurable and may vary.
The Complaints Browser displays complaints registered during a specified time period, with each row representing an individual complaint and the top row showing data field names.
Using the Complaints Browser
The Complaints Browser allows you to:
- Browse data about community noise concerns, including names, addresses, phone numbers, activities, locations, times, dates and general comments
- Quickly access the Complaint editor to enter, edit and save complaints
- Automatically display the caller's location on the Map Browser
- Automatically view the flight operations most likely to have caused the complaint
- Print complaint records
- Copy the complaint data to the clipboard or to an Excel worksheet
Understanding field definitions
The following table describes each field in the Complaints Browser:
Field | Description |
Event Date/Time | Date and time of the complaint |
Corr ID | Correlation ID number that links the complaint to its Noise Event(s) and Operation data |
Status | A green icon indicates an action has been taken to resolve the complaint |
Last Name | Caller's last name |
First Name | Caller's first name |
Address | Caller's street address |
City | Caller's city |
State | Caller's state |
Zip Code | Caller's zip code |
Latitude | Latitude of the caller's address location |
Longitude | Longitude of the caller's address location |
Complaint Number | The unique identifier assigned to the complaint |
Caller Number | The unique number identifying the caller |
