Linking browsers to view correlated data
Who is this article for?Noise analysts who need to view correlated data across browsers.
Access to the ANOMS Noise Analyst Workbench is required.
Browser linking displays every record that shares the same Correlation ID whenever you select a record, allowing you to move between an Operation and its related Noise Events and Complaints instantly.
Loading and linking correlated information
To link correlated data across browsers:
- Open the Operations, Noise Events, and Complaints Browsers.
- Populate the browsers using the Populate Open Browsers option in your query (see "Creating a query with Load Filtered Data").
- Click Browser Linking on the toolbar.
- Select one of the following as the linking source:
- Operations
- Noise Event
- Complaints
When you select a record, all other records linked by the same Correlation ID are displayed in the appropriate browsers, and the selected tracks are also displayed on the Map Browser.
Note: Sort the Noise Events Browser by Corr ID so that when you select an Operation, all its correlated Noise Events are displayed together.
